Charity training resources
Training resources that look like your charity made them
Small charities deliver serious training on thin budgets. PackPilot gives you the materials a training team would produce — a coherent, branded pack of nine documents — for less than the cost of an hour of consultancy.
Professional materials without a design budget
Upload your logo, pick your brand colour, and every document — cover, plan, workbook, certificate — comes out consistent and presentable. Word export means your team can keep everything on-brand as it evolves.
Evidence for funders, built in
Attendance registers and evaluation forms are part of every pack, so you capture participation and impact evidence as a matter of course — the numbers and quotes your next funding report needs.
Your knowledge, structured
You know your beneficiaries and your subject. PackPilot contributes the structure: learning outcomes up front, timed activities, reflection exercises and action planning, so your expertise lands as effective training.
Charities use PackPilot for

Common questions
- We have almost no budget. What does this cost?
- A single complete pack is £29. If you train regularly, £99 buys five packs and £39/month covers up to ten packs a month. There are no per-user fees.
- Who owns the materials?
- You do. Export them, adapt them, and keep using them — the packs are yours.
- Is the content checked for our sector's regulations?
- No — packs are drafts and your organisation must review and adapt them to your own policies and any regulatory requirements before use. PackPilot makes that review fast, but it doesn't replace it.
