Accessibility statement

Last updated: 7 July 2026

PackPilot is used by charities, recovery services and community organisations, and we want it to work for everyone in those teams — including people who use assistive technology.

What we do

  • We design against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
  • All functionality is available by keyboard, with visible focus states.
  • Colour contrast across the interface meets AA ratios, and colour is never the only carrier of meaning.
  • Forms have visible labels, clear error messages and sensible focus handling.
  • Pages use semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate quickly.
  • Animations are minimal and respect your "reduced motion" system setting.

Exported documents

DOCX exports use proper heading styles and tables so they remain editable and navigable in Word and other editors. PDF exports are generated for print use; if you need a pack in a different or more accessible format, contact us and we will help.

Known limitations

  • PDF exports are not yet tagged PDFs (PDF/UA). The DOCX export is the more accessible source format.
  • Some sample previews on marketing pages are decorative illustrations and are marked as such for screen readers.

Tell us if something isn't working

If any part of PackPilot is hard to use with your setup, email luke@lmctech.co.uk. Accessibility problems are treated as bugs, not feature requests — we prioritise them accordingly.
